Fashion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein – geht das zusammen? Kann man Mode machen, ohne unsere natürlichen Ressourcen zu belasten? Während der Berlin Fashion Week im Sommer 2010 zeigen wir, wie es geht.
Vom 9. Juli bis 1. August präsentieren die Modedesigner magdalena schaffrin, esther perbandt, fr. wagner, isabell de hillerin, format, studio ecocentric, anne wanders und mikenke eine Auswahl ihrer aktuellen Outfits im CREATE BERLIN Showroom.
Begleitet wird die Präsentation von der Ausstellung des Fotografen Steven James Scott, der in seinem jüngsten Projekt ”Dirty Bird” mit kritischem Blick auf den Glamour der Fashion-Welt die Frage aufwirft, ob es nicht vielleicht doch noch andere Dinge gibt, um die wir uns Gedanken machen sollten.
Im Ladenlokal nebenan gibt die Agentur sieben&siebzig am 8. und 9. Juli einen Überblick über ihre Kunden. Dabei steht nicht nur die Mode im Mittelpunkt, sondern auch Naturkosmetik, Bio-Food und Wohnen. Der Showroom der Agentur sieben&siebzig ist offen für Menschen, die sich mit allen Sinnen über den grünen Lifestyle informieren wollen – fühlen, riechen, schmecken, sehen.
Die Vernissage der Ausstellung im CREATE BERLIN Showroom findet in Form eines gemeinsamen ECO BRUNCH mit Bio-Food und Getränken am Freitag, 9. Juli, 11 Uhr – 13 Uhr statt und bietet Gelegenheit zum Austausch.

We shot almost 20 people in only two days, and it was non-stop crazy, but a lot of fun. Great crew, and the video (in my opinion) is very well done.
